RANDY KEHRBERG
Randy is a Managing Director at Bridge Street Partners (BSP) with 20+ years of both Executive Search and Operating experience. Randy has a global reputation in advising executive clients and candidates on transformational leadership across the global technology sector as both a Senior Director of Business Development and Vice President of Sales and has acted as an advisor to several private and publicly traded companies.

Prior to joining BSP, Randy was a Partner with Renaissance Leadership where he specialized in technology solutions at an executive level across several business sectors. He started his search career with Heidrick & Struggles as a Partner in their International Technology Practice in Menlo Park, California.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Randy was in the operating world and part of growing Octel Communications from $3M to $1.8B over an eight-year period in several executive roles, acquisitions and culminating in an IPO and an acquisition by Lucent Technologies. Randy spent the following several years focused on international business development in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Prior to Octel Randy spent several years with ROLM Corporation as a National Account Manager in Chicago. ROLM was acquired by IBM and he spent his remaining time with IBM as a NAM for several Chicago based clients including Motorola Corporation, Sara Lee, Crate & Barrel, Sunbeam and others before being recruited by Octel.

Randy earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Ripon College, and completed the Executive Program at Thunderbird School of Global Management – Glendale, Arizona
